Amma Culture’s Objective

With funding provided, Amma Culture will continue to strive for excellence in all that we do for the community. Every step towards our mission gets us closer to the individuals in our community that need our services the most. In an ideal world, we would be able to ensure all students and adults in Chico understand and embody the ancient, central and foundational heritage and contributions of Black peoples. This is, especially, important for youth in order to move forward with a sense of belonging, pride, excitement and purpose towards the future, as contributing members of society.
